Method of use

1, the choosing principle of foaming regulator:

(1) different degree of polymerization of PVC, such as S - 700, S - 800, S - 1000, with different processing temperature, melt viscosity and melt fluidity, to choose suitable foaming regulator accordingly.

(3) melt strength should be enough

(4) the melt is better liquidity

5 different products, such as foam board, foam plate, foam sheet, wood and plastic foamed plate, gangsu foaming plate, etc., the process condition is different, should be selected according to the basic characteristic of the foaming regulator of various sizes of different models.
